I do NOT want to remove the Fitbit from my account -- just get it off of my iPhone6, so that I can reinstall the thing on the phone again.
My new Fitbit worked OK for a few weeks. Then, it began to give incorrect time readings. I never changed any settings or anything. It just up and began to give incorrect time readings.
So, I tried to correct that. And I don't know what I ended up doing, but now, my iPhone will NOT tell me my step count at all, and it will NOT report my heart rate information at all -- and it is STILL giving incorrect time.
I was not at home where I could get on this forum when I screwed all that other stuff up (frankly, I didn't know it existed). When I finally got here, I found out that an upgrade on my iPhone6 software started the cascade of problems.
And one thing that I cannot do is download the Fitbit software fix that you folks have come up with in the last few days to correct the problem.
So, I'm hoping that if I just remove the Fitbit completely off of my iPhone6, and then reinstall it onto the phone, that that might solve the problem.
Otherwise, I'm sending the thing back. I'm well within my 30 day return period. The thing is useless unless I can correct this problem.
I don't really want to do that, though. I just want to get this problem solved, and get the Fitbit back to acting right.
Thank you in advance for your help.

@ColleenRunner Sounds like you want to try adding it as a replacement tracker.
