How can I create a custom meal with my app?

The "Create Food" option is little to no help.  We need to 'create' custom meals with several items from our food collection.

Example: Hard Boiled Egg Sandwich.  Light Multigrain Bread, 2 slices 80 calories, 2 hard boiled eggs 160 calories, Light Miracle Whip 20 calories.  A generic sandwich with other bread and dressing is much higher in calories, carbs and other "nutrients."  We need to be able to create, retrieve and use our own custom meals.

Please reinstall the "Create Custom Foods" option we had on the Web Page.
