Can anyone help please.  Ive tried everything I can think of.

Hello @mrsboggle and welcome to the Community.  You can add/remove/rearrange your tiles by tapping on the EDIT button in the upper right.  Your Exercise tile should be in the unused tiles at the bottom of the screen.  Add it back, then you can drag your tiles with a light press.  Tap DONE when done.
