Got my new charge 5. Previously had Versa 1. Can’t see Dashboard on my IPhone 12. Have tried reloading App but no difference. Help please !!

Do you mean the Today page in the App itself, or the actual Dashboard on the website?
Would it be possible to post a screenshot of what you can see so someone can try to help you please? On your iPhone, when you reply, choose the Picture Icon on the right and that will allow you to add a picture from your Camera Roll.

Hi Wibby
Correction : I can see the Today tiles on the App and the Dashboard on the
website. The issue was that on the App I couldn't see under Settings the
option to change from 12 to 24 hour clock. But I can in the website so it's
now all set.
Here nevertheless are some screenshots from the App. I was expecting find
the clock option under units but it's missing and not available elsewhere
!! Please advise if this is so or whether I should be seeing the Dashboard
and the full settings on the App as well ?

Glad your setup @Deezed and yes, the 12/24 can only be set through the web.

Thanks !
I suggest you please mention in your quick start notes that the full
functionality of Fitbit is only available on the web. That would have saved
me an hour of trying everything including reloading the App and setting up
the Charge 5 again.
