Has anyone changed their name and then needed to update the name change on their Fitbit Acct , and how do you make a name change on your Fitbit account.

Thanks for trying the steps posted above. While this is odd, could you please try changing your name on your online dashboard? Once it gets changed there, it'll automatically change on your Fitbit app. To do this, let's do the following:

Nope ,, tried to change it through through the Dashboard and it did not change my name !

Thanks for the screenshot, it's very helpful. Given this situation, let's try reinstalling the Fitbit app on your iPhone as last resort. To do that, please follow these steps:
If the issue persists afterward, let me know the model and OS version of your phone as this will help me to further investigate.
