Thanks @Odyssey13 for the contribution, in this case @Kashmir2025 you can make sure your Fitbit device shows the correct time (or change it) depending on the time zone it is set to.

To change the time zone on your Fitbit device you can follow these steps: 

  1. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Fitbit settings.
  2. In the App Settings section, tap Date, time & units.
  3. Tap Time Zone.
  4. Turn off the Set Automatically option and choose the correct time zone.
  5. Sync your Fitbit device.

the only bad workout is the one that didn't happen

Hi @Kashmir2025  the date and time come from the device you use to sync and it can't be changed manually.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14
