How do I connect Fitbit to Mac OS?

I want to use my 2023 Mac OS Sonoma to track/sync with my fitbit, since my phone is too old.

Forums speak about Fitbit Connect as the software to download, but I cannot find it as a download option on the fit bit setup page. Instead, the page just directs you to the generic iphone app on apple store.

Hi @skankhunt42  Fitbit Connect was years ago and is no longer an option. Only compatible devices will work to sync your Fitbit.
