How do I download heart rate data?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

All I can find are posts from 3 years ago about heart rate data downloads “coming soon”. I can’t find instructions, but surely in the past 3 years, they’ve fixed this obvious problem. Does anyone know how to do this, or is the Fitbit technical team not concerned by what their customers are wanting?

Hello @Narium, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for posting your question. At this moment, to download your heart rate information, please go to the Data Export Section of the online Dashboard and click on Request My Data. The following table details the type of Fitbit data you can export, and examples of that data.

Data type What is it?
Activity Steps, distance, active minutes, GPS, calories, floors (altitude), heart rate, sedentary time, cardio fitness score, and more
Exercise Exercise history, exercise logs
Social Challenges, badges, community feed posts, and comments
Sleep Time asleep, times awake
Coach A summary of your Fitbit Coach workouts
Corporate Wellness program information, including challenges
Logs Food, water, exercise, weight logs
Profile Profile picture, child accounts, display name, gender, date of birth, age, height, weight, and other account settings

If you notice, in the Activity section, you will be able to get your heart rate data. I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

the data on heart rate is NOT AVAILABLE VIA ACTIVITIES ...  other places in the forums point out that fitbit has no way for users to print out information on heart rate to take to their doctors.

This feature has apparently been promised for years, but instead of following through, pages like this make it seem as though printing a report is possible.
