@Bob17 the iphone probably is setup as long as location is turned on and the Fitbit app has permission. 

Go to the Charge 2, tap the buttun to the exercise menu, tap the screen to choose the exercise , now hold in the button as instructed. 

You will see a cellphone icon, when tge Charge 2 gets a GPS connection you will feel a buzz.  Your good to take off.

If a line shows across tye icon then GPS has not been established.
