I got an HR in the Fall but haven't been able to find where to register it I case I have future problems
fitbit currently does not have me on record!

There isn't a warranty registration process as such but fitbit will be able to access your account to see when you set up your fitbit. It would also help if you kept your receipt in case of issues.

@Lynnie65 as @SteveH mentioned, there is not a a registration process for Fitbit trackers. However, once you set up your tracker, your information is updated on our servers and in case you have inconveniences with your tracker we will already have a registry of your account and Charge HR.
