I have a blaze and the hourly activity on my app doesn't match what's on my watch.
I've tried logging out and restarting the phone, I've even tried deleting the app, restarting then installing again but nothing changed.
I checked the online dashboard on my browser and even though the number of steps is correct, the graph that shows how many steps you did at each point during the day isn't showing all of my counted steps. I think this might be where the issue starts.

I have been getting this error, too. I've noticed that sometimes, if I walk a few extra steps in that hour, the tile will catch up and reflect that hour on the app. So I've been getting my hourly steps early in the hour, taking extra steps, and then syncing a whole lot until the app reflects that hour (sometimes this takes 5-10 minutes for the app to update). It's a pain, but I've been doing this as a workaround until FitBit can fix the issue.
Good luck!
