I uninstalled the App on my iphone because of a syncing problem and am now trying to reinstall it. But I can't get anywhere in setup because it says there is already an account for my email address. Of course there is - that's what I am trying to reinstall. Can anyone help?

Best AnswerHi there @orffgirl @SunsetRunner! The message you're getting is due to you're tapping on "Join Fitbit" instead of "Log in". Since you already have Fitbit account you only need to log in and follow this setup process.
