I uninstalled the App on my iphone because of a syncing problem and am now trying to reinstall it. But I can't get anywhere in setup because it says there is already an account for my email address. Of course there is - that's what I am trying to reinstall. Can anyone help?

Hi there @orffgirl @SunsetRunner! The message you're getting is due to you're tapping on "Join Fitbit" instead of "Log in". Since you already have Fitbit account you only need to log in and follow this setup process.

Moved this thread from the Flex to the iOS App section to increase the chance of getting a solution.
- Is the Fitbit App reinstalled on the phone?
- Are you trying to create a new fitbit account (using the same email adress) or login to your existing account?
