How do I start the return of my Fitbit scale?

Is there anyway that someone could help me figure out how to get the return initiated I can’t get a hold of anyone from customer support to figure this out but I know I need to get it returned and I don’t want to run past the return date

I contacted our Support team on your behalf and I was told that you already have a case created with them. It seems they've sent you an email with more details about your Fitbit scale case. If you've not done so, please check your spam and junk folders so you can reply back to their email. If by any chance you don't find their email, let me know so I can ask them to resend the email. I'm sure they'll be happy to continue assisting you.
