How do i stop communications with app its non stop on my email taking up space ive unticked everything please help

I've moved your post to the iOS App board so we can keep the forums organized. I understand your point of view and let me recommend the following steps to turn off email notifications from your Fitbit account:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap your profile picture.
  2. Under Settings, tap Notifications.
  3. Scroll down and uncheck the alerts that you'd like to turn off under Email Notifications.
