How do I update the sleep goal?

i never understood the importance of sleep.  Ive woken up before feeling refreshed and fantastic, to then see the app tell me I didn’t get 8hours #ruinedday.
Could the app be updated to show circadian rhythms, split the clock into 90minute cycles and then refer to you got 6 cycles last night or 5 cycles.
Maybe in tips talk about chronotypes as not everyone needs the 8 hours a night.

Having the current setup I think it just puts people on the wrong foot in the morning if they see they didn’t get 8hours.

the chart is very good In terms of breaking the sleep into rem, deep sleep etc.

Hello @LydiaWhite and a warm welcome.  You are absolutely correct when you say not everyone needs eight hours a day.  But I try to live by my observed circadian rhythm and use the Sleep Goals feature of the app.  When you tap on your Sleep Tile > tap on the gear in the upper right.  You can set your own goal and your target schedule.  No need to worry about an artificial target.

BTW, the Sleep Reminder has been broken for a long time.  I have it on.  It goes to my phone about once a month and never to my Versa 2.
