So I've been taking enough naps recently to understand why I occasionally get a sleep score for [any time it's 3+hours]. What I'm wondering is, how this affects your weekly average Score. My long nap scored only a 61, I'm guessing mainly bec it's so "short" and sleeping fewer hours can drive down your Score. It made me wonder whether that 61 is counted equally in my Weekly Average Score (as if it were an extra "day"), or, whether the Average is calculated in hours, not days. As in, 3 hours @61 score +23 hours @72 +8@75 +.... Etc. You get the picture. I'm hoping?
Anyone know the math for this?
*edit- (Hmm also I actually use Android idk if this needs to move forums, sorry)

@Summerblue I did the math for a couple of weeks of sleep scores. It looks like a straight up average of those seven days. Here's a question. If you took a nap that is long enough to get a Sleep Score, do you have eight entries in that week? I bet it's still a straight up average of eight scores.
If you are not a Premium member, you get a sleep score, the sleep stages graph and the EOV graph. Premium users get a breakdown of Time Asleep, Deep and REM, and Restoration (sleeping heart rate). Your Time Asleep counts for 50% of your Sleep Score. The shorter time of that nap is already figured in, so your idea of 3 hours at 61 + etc., would double count the effect.
Does this answer your question?
