How do goals work ?

How does the Fitbit app sets the required goals ?

i have entered my current weight and desired weight.

if I change my desired weight , does all other items like the required steps , required active minutes , required floors  required calories burn etc..change automatically ?

could I get a brief on the best way to use the Fitbit app.

Hello @Anish_c, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around. 

Please note that in the Fitbit app each goal can be modified individually and do not depend on any other. If you change your desired weight, this will not affect nor modify your other goals, this was established this way so you can personalized your entire Fitbit experience and determine your own limits. 

To change each of your goals: Activity, Exercise, Nutrition and Sleep, tap on Account and then on each category to personalize them. To save the changes, please sync your tracker.

its good to have personalised  options , but being the best in the industry , I would like  Fitbit to modify the goals as per the desired weight entered .
