Steps are not updating when checking past days.

Hello, all my steps for today 15,433, Wed. Feb. 21, 2018. Are showing up on Tues. Feb. 20,2018.

How do I get them to show up for today?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. For what you're telling me, it seems the app is not updating the information correctly. To check this, please go to the online Dashboard and if the information is showing correctly here, please try the following:

 

  • Force-quit the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app. 
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

I appreciate you have tried the troubleshooting steps I've provided earlier.

 At this moment I would like to gather some information from you so I can check this further:

 

  • iPhone model you're currently using.
  • OS version you're phone is running.
  • App version currently installed in your phone (go to Account > Help to get it) 
  • A screenshot of how you're steps are showing up in the app.
