I want to erase the data from my alta idk how can anyone tell me plz

There is no factory reset process for the Alta. There's not normally a need though. Your personal data is held on the fitbit servers rather than on the Alta and if you are giving to someone else it clears the data from the fitbit when they add it to their account.
