You should be able to just sync it and have the time set appropriately.

I agree with @PureEvil, if after syncing it the tracker still shows the incorrect time, I'd suggest you restart your tracker and then follow the steps provided at The time is incorrect on my tracker's display.

How do you chane the time and date on my fitbit. I haven;t used in a long timr so the date and time are wrong
