My account was hacked yesterday and I’ve talked to 4 reps and a supervisor and none of them can confidently tell me how much info my hacker has access to.
They all all seem to have different answers that I have to pry out of them.
And they refuse to simply delete MY account.
So I figure the community can’t possibly know less than the staff at Fitbit.
How much information can the hacker in my account see? My Fitbit watch is synced to my phone, with my location, when I’m sleeping, and my Apple Pay is connected to my watch.
Im only concerned about my location and my credit card.

@Justin.Canham Sorry to hear that. I'd recommend reading this help article for more information on this scenario. It sounds like you've already opened a support case, so our team will work with you to correct any ownership issues.
As mentioned in the above article, it is not possible for anyone to access your credit card information through you account. Remember that this kind of thing can only happen when you use the same email/password combination at a different site that has had a data breach. We recommend using a unique email and password for your Fitbit account to make sure this isn't possible, as Fitbit's servers have not experienced any such data breach.
