How to add a different interval time?

How do I add a different interval time under the exercise shortcut section? For example, I'm usually ok doing the normal 90 sec workout and 90 sec rest but I want to add another time to this for example I want to do 90 sec workout and 90 sec rest and then 3 min workout and 3 min rest (I will also add repeats to this). I can see the add button there but it is greyed out! Please help

Hello @HMbeginner, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

At this moment it's no possible to add a different interval time for your Charge 2 when setting up intervals exercises on the Fitbit app. I understand this feature might be very helpful for many people, which is why I went ahead and found a suggested idea by @mrkeytastic to implement this feature in a future update. Please feel free to add your vote and comment to this idea, this is truly the best way to make your voice heard.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply! Smiley Wink

Thank you for your reply. What I don't understand is if it's not a feature you offer why, although greyed out, is there a add button? This suggests the feature has been disabled or not working

Thanks

Exactly, it's ridiculous.  This feels like a defect not a enhancement suggestion.  Why do we have to suggest that a button on the app works?
