Fitbit not tracking steps accurately

For the past number of weeks I have noticed that my Fitbit is not accurately counting my steps. I have counted my steps as I walk and the number is not recorded. For example at 22.42 tonight I have only recorded 4239 steps which is much lower than what I knowingly have done today.

I also have that issue has been a problem for a week and not updating the hrly 250+ steps

I'm having that issue too. I'm also noticing my steps on the tracker will be higher, syncs, and they go down. Until a month ago or so, things were great. I have multiple trackers and it happens with all.
