Lost all history

I reinstalled by app onto my iphone and have lost all my history, steps badges etc.  i have logged in and out a few times but it has not come back.  How can i get this information back please?  

i had lost my friends also

Hi, @Chris61, the usual explanation for this issue is if you have logged in to the Fitbit app with a different email address.

 

If you have another email address that you use try logging in with that -- even if you don't think you used that address! 

 

Your history is stored on the Fitbit servers, not on your phone apo, so deleting the app and reinstalling it will not delete your history.  once you have identified the correct email address and password you will see your badges, steps, etc as before.

I did check another email that it could of been but there is nothing on
that one.

i am certain that I am using the correct address
