How to add cards in Fitbit Pay?

How do you add a card to your Fitbit pay on the charge 3? I’ve only found a place to remove cards. Does it go off of apple wallet? Is there a separate app to download?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your question with us. Please note that in order to add a card to Fitbit Pay to be used with your Charge 3, please follow these steps:

 

  1. With your device nearby, from the Fitbit app dashboard, tap Account > Charge 3
  2. Tap the Wallet tile. 
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment card. In some cases, your bank may require additional verification. If you’re setting up Fitbit Pay for the first time, you may be prompted to set a 4-digit PIN code for your device. Note that you also need passcode protection enabled for your phone.
  4. After you add a card, follow the on-screen instructions to turn on notifications for your phone (if you haven’t already done so) to complete the setup.

You can add up to 6 cards to the Wallet (5 cards for Charge 3), and choose which card to set as the default payment option on your device.

Hello!
I tried your advice but when I go to the my account window there is not a wallet tile. What do I do?

I appreciate you have come back and tried the troubleshooting steps I've mentioned earlier. If you go to Account > Charge 3 and are unable to see the Wallet Tile, please make sure your phone's region and the region selected in the Fitbit app are the same, any discrepancy will make the Wallet tile disappear. 

 

To check in the Fitbit app go to Account > Advanced Settings > Location and then go to your phone Settings > General > Language & Region and make sure Region matches the "location" in the Fitbit app.

Hello again,
So I checked and both my phone and the Fitbit app say the same region and the wallet tile still does not show up and I’ve searched everywhere on the app and I can’t find it anywhere what should I do?
