I have military time on my ionic try to change to eastern standard time

You can change your timezone (and choose between 12 and 24-hour clocks) in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
Once changed and saved, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated.

@Kharshaw31, as @SteveH mentioned, you can change your timezone and change between 24h/12h by going to your personal Settings in the online Dashboard. You can also change your timezone by going to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Advanced Settings > Timezone. Make sure to sync your Fitbit device after making any changes so these can get applied.
