Since the latest iOS update my Alta HR will no longer sync. I have tried resterting both my phone and my Fitbit but it still doesn’t work. Is my Fitbit faulty or is there a problem with the update?

I appreciate you have reported this to me and for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. If you have already tried the steps listed in the link @ACG provided, my best recommendation would be setting up your Alta HR as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and your phone. Don't worry, all the information already synced in your account won't be deleted.
