Flex2 has been working but it’s not syncing. I’ve tried recharging, updating app, reinstalling app, adding my existing flex2 as new device, & turning off Bluetooth. My steps are not syncing. I’m not even seeing the step tile anymore. Main tile is calories now. Tried editing tiles but there’s no step tile to be found. Help.

@DianeP122, thanks for reporting this situation to me and for letting me know about the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Are you having trouble with the step tile only or is any other data not syncing correctly? Please note that usually when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:
