How to change the clock from 12 to 24h?

Does anyone know how to change the clock faces to 24-hour time? I’ve tried selecting multiple different clock faces, but they all sync as 12-hour time.

Thanks!

You can choose between 12 and 24 hour clocks in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

Once changed and saved, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated.

I'm really struggling with this. I set up my new Versa2 by downloading the app onto my iPhone. There's nothing anywhere on the app that I can find that allows me to change the time to 24 hour clock. It seems I have to do this from Fitbit.com - so I've gone there and set up an account, but I can't for the life of me work out how to link my already set up Fitbit to that account online. Why do they make things so very difficult? Many thanks in advance for your help.

@SunsetRunner I think the issue here is that you set up a new account when you went to fitbit.com

Rather than setup a new account you should have signed on to the account you set up on the phone. If you do that then your fitbit should be there.

If you sign off the new account at fitbit.com you should have options for signing on or setting up an account

Ah OK thanks. That makes sense. Husband set up everything for me on my phone so I'll have to ask him when he gets home what the login details are that he set up. Many thanks.
