Hi @hateit1, welcome to the Community Forums!

Usually, if your phone has changed the time, it'll automatically change in your device after syncing. If this isn't happening, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

  1. Make sure the Fitbit app and your Fitbit device are updated to the latest version.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account icon.
  3. Tap Advanced Settings.
  4. Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option.
  5. Tap "Time Zone" and select the correct time zone.
  6. Sync your Fitbit device to apply the changes.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks for your help . The sync way does’t work which is annoying . I had to login my Fitbit account on the computer not the app —setting - profile - change the time zone . My son did it before you posted the answer . I would really think for such thing it should sync easily with the app or or manually on app .for Huawei honour 40 $ can do everything my 300ish$ Fitbit does plus waterproof and Paywave with Alipay .

Regards

Hi @hateit1, I'm glad to hear from you.

Thanks for your efforts while trying the steps on your phone and computer. I'm sorry that you've had difficulties to sync right away, let's work on this together. There are some factors that may prevent your device from syncing, such as having multiple Bluetooth devices in the same room or if your device isn't placed within 20 feet from your phone. Do you see an error message on the Fitbit app when trying to sync? Have you made sure to have the latest update for the Fitbit app? Also, please provide me with the model of your phone and Fitbit device.

I'll look forward to your reply.
