How to change to a different Google account?

I am already set up with a Google account. I migrated from my Fitbit account to Google a while back. But I need to use a different Google account. How do I do this?

I’ve tried searching to no avail. Thanks for your help!

if you've migrated your Fitbit account to Google, you can change the email address associated with your Fitbit account by updating it in your Google Account profile, not within the Fitbit app itself.

Thanks for the help, but I’m still struggling. I’m not sure what you mean by “you can change the email address associated with your Fitbit account by updating it in your Google Account profile.” That sounds good, but the article you sent me to seemed say I wanted to change the email in my account, itself. I don’t want change the email in my Google Account; I want switch the Google Account associated with my Fitbit account. 

Sorry if we’re not on the same page. But truthfully, it should be simple to change an email address. What am I missing?

I have the same issue. I need to use a different Google account for my Fitbit account but so far it has been impossible. I've checked the articles you've posted and still no good.
