How do I stop the alarm? I have diconnect my flex, I have erased my flex from my phone, I have stoped the alarm under setting but it still coming every weekday. Very enoying.

Let me help you with your alarms. As @Studley mentioned, it is necessary that your device is linked to your account and syncing or the information won't be updated on it. Follow these instructions to delete the alarm from your device.
