Hi, can someone tell me how to delete old in-app messages? I searched for help, but can’t find support beyond 2015. I have a Charge 3 and on IOS.

We really appreciate our members's input and feedback and I would like to thank you for yours. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience and I would like to encourage you to check @rubyrune's suggested ideato implement this feature.

I'm having this problem as well. I'd be fine if I simply could not delete the message -- but I can't stop the app from giving me a notification for the same message over and over again. So I can't ever tell if I have a new notification or not. I'm on a Surge and I tried restarting the device and also tried shutting off my notifications and then restarting the app.

I am having the same issue and it is soooo annoying! I have tried changing notification settings, I have logged out and logged back in, but not relief. Fitbit please fix this bug! And please allow us to delete messages too! I started receiving cheesy messages from creepy guys, whom I have since dropped as "friends" but I still have to see their stupid messages every time I log in. This needs to be fixed.
