How do I delete messages between friends and I on the Fitbit app?

I appreciate your participation in the Froums and for posting your question. At this moment, it's not possible to delete in-app messages. These messages are deleted after 30 days automatically. Now, I understand how important for you is to have this ability, which is why I would like to suggest you to check @rubyrune's suggested idea. Vote and comment on it, this is the best way to make your voice heard.

I have messages notifications well over 30 days. I have logged off and logged back on and still there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still there???? How do I get rid?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that messages should delete after 30 days have passed, however the app is experiencing an issue where this is not happening and our team is currently working to resolve it. Note that the while previous in-app Notifications and messages can't be deleted for the time being,  you can check @rubyrune's suggested idea to implement this feature and add your vote and comment to it.

I use iOS 13.2.3 and FitBit Versa.

 

The latest I did was, deleted each message one by one. And that was the only option till today and it took time trust me!


but I really want to know if those deleted messages are deleted for both users rather than deleted only for my account.

 

Will definitely know sooner if those are deleted for both. 🤪
