Synced data not showing in the Fitbit app.

I have noticed that My data is not being reported in the fitbit dashboard even though it syncs with my iphone SE.  None of my data is showing up since 4 September even though I have synced several times.

This isn't helping as the download hasn't worked in over a month.  Like the others, I would like to retrieve my data even if I have to type it into my spreadsheet.  I can't do this, If I can't see it.

This seems like a very odd situation, but it's possible the information is not updating correctly with our servers. Please go to your online Dashboard and check if the information is showing correctly here. If it is, I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  • Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app. If this doesn't seem to work:
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

thank-you. I go **ahem** to work after turning my phone off 3x and resetting my
fit bit.

so, it's been 10 weeks and I still have issues getting my iphone SE and Charge 3 to synch.  I have done all the suggested steps to include uninstalling and reinstalling Fitbit.  It still will not synch.  This is getting really old.  I am not a happy camper and am seriously considering when this one stops working not replacing it.  I will just log my steps manually.
