hi
last night went to go into fit bit to check my steps and data and it asked me to re login in for security reason so i did and weren't recognising me at all ? i have not used a different email address ether when i bought it in June so i had to redo the whole fit bit like i had just bought it. fitbit has totally lost me just been on the chat and he said i used a different email address? i certainly haven't done this i can assure you! so what happened ? its them that asked me to relogin in for some reason so they have done something to my fitbit, even when i logged in it had some of the data still in the so how could i have possible used another email ?
