Hi there, @lmoody. Welcome to the Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear the difficulties that you are experiencing with the Fitbit app. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. Our team is always working on improving our devices and user experiences, and your comments are always welcome.

Please note that currently it's required to have the location services set to "Always" on your iOS device whenever you're going to use MobileRun or Connected GPS. If you are not going to use any of these functions, you can leave the location access set to Never.

I've moved your post to the iOS App board for organization purposes.

Hope the information is helpful.

What message is this @lmoody and what phone are you seeing this on?

I never get any message, but I don't disable location services.
