I found a great feature with my charge3. If I leave the notification at 5,000 steps, it notifies me every 5,000. My friend has a charge 3 also and wants this feature to work for her too. She has a 6S iPhone, while I have a SE original iPhone. We have tried all the settings I can see on my app and we think we’re missing something. Can you help me fix it so she will get notifications every 5,000 steps?

Hi @Mom2Jacob
I've moved your post to the iOS app forum community. Someone here should be able to help.

Thank you sooooo much. Saw my friend tonight and she said she followed the steps and received notifications at 5,000 and 10,000 steps. She was so excited and so was I. Then we went for a walk and she received a notification for 15,000 and 20,000 steps!😀
