I have an iPhone 6s and I can't get rid of the stuff I don't want to measure

It sounds like you want to edit your iOS Dashboard tiles. If so, you can find the full detailed instructions to do so, here. 

 

If not, can you clarify a bit about what you want to remove? Screenshots are always super helpful too.
