Not sure if this cold be related to Macs IOS Majave system? Synced a week ago & had Mojave on computer before that. Had issues with Fitbit 2 ever since I got it for Xmas last year. Have reset numerous times & it either doesnt last or doesnt work. Assume I need to reset yet again but I dont know how to get the Fitbit app back on my computer after as it's not available in the App Store which is what Fitbit tells you to download from. Does anyone know how to download the App again? Thanks

Hello @mepanda0, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that in a Mac OS environment you will need to download and install the Fitbit Connect Software. Please download it from this link. Note that when we mention the App Store, is referring to the App Store on iOS, not Mac OS. Now, if you're still having trouble syncing your tracker, verify each requirement before moving on to the troubleshooting steps.
If your device still won't sync, try the steps below. Note that your fitbit.com dashboard always shows the time of your last successful sync. Just click the gear icon in the top right.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep us posted in case you need anything else.
