Weight lost does not show up in the app.

I set a weight goal and have manually logged my weight since then and have lost weight. The “since” date displayed is accurate and the lbs to go to reach goal updates when I log a new weight, but the display always shows - - lbs lost and does not display the actual number. The progress meter also does not move and just keeps changing the start weight to my current weight and showing zero progress, despite accurately displaying the goal start date. I am definitely logging new weights each time and not editing the start weight so I don’t understand why no progress is displayed even though progress has been made.

Hello @Maddy365, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to go to the Weight Section of the online Dashboard and check if your progress is showing here. If it is, please try the following in the app:

  • Force-quit the app, then open it again.
  • Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

If you're still not seeing your progress in the app, please take screenshots of what you're able to see before and after logging weight and reply to me with them. This will be very helpful to determine what we should do next.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we'll be waiting to hear from you.
