How to make big banner tips go away permanently

Everyday I get one of these big tips like Eat Smart or Drink Water or Exercise.  How do I turn them off forever?

Unlike the "Health &Wellness Reminders" associated with individual devices like my Versa 2, you cannot turn these annoying banners.

 

About all you can do is vote "Thumbs Down" and X-out.

 

At least these only come up once or twice a day - unlike the "Recipes" on the Food Log page that cannot be X'd-out.

I absolutely hate this. People have been complaining about it for years and they have not allowed us to disable it yet. (I actually just posted about this a few minutes ago but I see nothing has changed). Why would you continue to keep a feature that people keep complaining about?
