How to manually log sleep without a Fitbit device?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been using the Fitbit app on and off for a few years to track calories in and out. I don’t have a Fitbit device so I just use the iPhone tracker. A couple days ago I redownloaded it and started using it again, and I updated to premium for the three month free trial. I also downloaded MyFitnessPal to see if I like the calorie tracker better (I don’t.) ANYWAYS I was playing around and I KNOW I manually logged my hours of sleep somewhere in one of these two apps yesterday, and now I can’t find that setting ANYWHERE. It’s driving me crazy. I found the sleep setting on the Fitbit app but it says it’s not available without a device that tracks heartbeat. However I KNOW I manually logged my hours SOMEWHERE. Does anyone know where this setting is?? What happened to it??

Hi @slcldr. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around.

Thanks for the detailed information and your efforts while trying to log your sleep. Let me explain that the tiles available on the Fitbit app will depend of the type of data that your Fitbit device records. Since you mentioned to not have a Fitbit device, the sleep tile won't be displayed since MobileTrack cannot track your sleep data. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and please know that every feedback shared in the forums is reviewed by our team to improve our products and services.

If you have any other question, let me know.
