Heart Rate Data and Elevation data missing

Good Afternoon

Recently I’ve noticed that when using the IOS app and GPS to record my workouts it doesn’t record half the data that it used to. My most recent runs are recorded through the IOS App/GPS but when I finish, time in each heart rate zone, heart rate breakdown and elevation breakdown are missing. This has never been a problem in the past and I have always used the app gps instead of the Iconic built in gps due to accuracy issues and I also enjoy seeing where I’m at on the map. Any update on a fix for this? It has also caused above data to not transfer to my strava account as well.  Any help is appreciated, I attached pictures below for reference!

Hi @Brandon_Sotto. Welcome! It's great to see a new face around.

Thanks for letting me know that your exercise data isn't logging correctly, as well for the screenshot. I understand how important this information is for you and let me help you out with this matter. Before anything else, please make sure to have your iPhone and the Fitbit app updated.

Once you've done that, I'd suggest to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your Fitbit account.
  5. Sync your Fitbit and try recording a new GPS activity.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes.
