I can’t seen to get any email notifications onto my versa, can anyone help please

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device you're currently using? Also, you were receiving email notifications before or you're just trying to set them up? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive email notifications on your Versa device are correctly configured. After verifying this, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your reply, I am just trying to set it up as it's new. I have looked at everything you suggested and I can't see what could be wrong, although I'm not very technical lol, I have an iPhone 6, I have done everything suggested and my fitbit is receiving notifications of other apps on my phone but just not my emails, the option isn't there within the notification section to turn it on?

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, I'm sorry to know that you're still experiencing difficulties. Seems odd that your email notifications are not coming through even though other app notifications are being received. Are you using any particular email application or you're using the default iOS email? Please take in consideration that in email notifications you can only choose one app, in simple words, you can receive for example Gmail notifications but not Yahoo.
