I found the Charge2 too big and bulky for me . Returned it and kept the account on Fitbit. The Charge 2 stuff was removed from my account I guess, but I still have a lot of junk on my iPhone. I find the phone confusing enough as it is. how can I get all that off before the Alta is installed? nanners2

Just open iPhone settings and go to Bluetooth. Go to device list at bottom to see your Charge 2. Tap the info button and then tap Forget this device.
If you want it off your Fitbit app, just tap the device, scroll to bottom and tap "Remove the ..."
That's it.

Thanks...I thought I was going to have to ask for more detail...I don't understand this phone..or use it much, but I managed and I think anyone who is not a cellphone **ahem** would find it very helpful. Thanks again. Nancy
