@Stuzzie Hey there! They should remove automatically once it finished. If you're still seeing those Challenges please log out of the app and force quit it.

I can't get the old challenges to delete even when I log out of the app and log back in.  I also restarted my phone. This is interesting because previous completed challenges rolled off seemingly within 24 hours. At this point, I'm not allowed to join any more challenges because I've already participated in five (5).

@KineticEnergy Welcome to the Community! It's weird that you're seeing old Challenges in your Dashboard. I would like you to mqake sure that you have the latest app version which is 2.13.2. When those Challenges finished? Have this happened before? Have all those Challenges that you have in your app ended?

Keep me posted.

I have the latest version of the "Fitbit" app. The completed challenges indicate the challenge ended 1 day ago actually it was more like 2 days ago.

@KineticEnergy What's important to note is that finished challenges will stay visible in the Fitbit App for three days. After the three days the Challenge will disappear.

When I open the Fitbit app and sometimes the challenges I get an error message that says an SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server can not be made. Has anyone else gotten this message. I have contacted Fitbit and they walked me through some steps and those didn't work and I went to my Verizon store and they couldn't fix it. Anyone know why I am getting this? What can I do to stop this from happening and could it be my phone?

Why should it though??  We're unable to join newer ones! We should have the option to close it out.

thing is, it is not an app issue, it is a server issue, same error on my iphone and samsung

always the same thing, delete and reinstall app etc, but if it is a server problem, nothing we do on our phone will sort it, other than allowing us to delete completed challenges or remove the allowed max challenges

Any updates on the bug? I am in only 2 challenges and it is telling me when I try to join another that I can only be in 5.

Thanks,

Roberto

I'm having the same problem. I got invited to a workweek hustle last week and it's still in my challenges tab. I checked and I have the newest version of the app and I also tried logging out, force quitting and logging back in. It's still there. Anything else I can do to leave the challenge?

But it’s not resolved because I have the latest version and it’s happening.

Ya i'm not sure why this hasn't been fixed, it's a pretty simple thing to fix. Your programmers should look at implementing a swipe right to delete option if you guys are using tables to display the challenges. A lot of apps have it.

I'm also having this problem. Took part in 3 challenges last week and they're still on my challenge list. I'm in three this week and I also want to do an adventure but I can't because there's no space 😡I've got the latest update for the app, I've force quit, logged out and the challenges are still sitting there! There should be an option to remove once the challenge is over- it's restrictive not being able to join more challenges.

@Jendai This sounds like expected behavior. Completed challenges remain visible for three days after they have finished. After the three days, the finished challenges will disappear.
