How to setup MobileTrack on iPhone 5s?

Hi. I am also really struggling to add Mobile Track to my phone. I have logged out of the phone app and then logged back in the only tile I can see is one that asks which device to pair it to....

 

I have am Iphone 5S. I was under the assumption that Mobile Track was compatible with the Iphone 5S?

 

I have the app. on my phone. Do I also need the app on my computer for it to work?

@Ljbhill Welcome to the community! I moved your post into the iOS board as it was in a thread regarding Android devices. This is a better place for it.

 

Per my screenshot below, the iPhone 5s is definitely compatible with MobileTrack. In order to get setup, I suggest checking out the instructions along with extra details about MobileTrack here. In the future, you can always check out this page for more info on which devices are compatible with our app and trackers.
