I am trying to pair my mom's old alta hr to my iPhone 6s; however, neither my phone or ipad is picking up the device. I have followed multiple troubleshooting steps including restarting the app, turning off bluetooth, restarting my phone, and restarting my fitbit. Nothing has fixed this issue.
Am i missing a step? Or does my mom need to do something on her end to unpair the device from her account?

Get your mom to check the bluetooth settings on her phone and delete any connections to the fitbit. It could be that this is blocking connections from your devices.
